Make a Payment
You can make a payment to Federal Management using the following methods if you are paying your debt in full or have made an authorised arrangement with our Collections Department to pay in instalments.
Pay by Telephone
Pay your account by using the majority of UK based debt and/or credit cards. You will need to have your reference number and the card you intend to use for payment. This can be done by calling our Collections department general number on 0333 043 4422.
We can also set up a continuous payment with these details if required.
*Whilst payments by Debit/Card are accepted, there may be a merchant fee payable to process the payment.
Pay by Internet Banking
You can pay your account by online bank transfer. Ensure that you use your reference number as your payment reference to avoid confusion.

Pay by Post

Pay by Standing Order
If you have agreed a repayment schedule with a Collections Officer then you can download a copy of our standing order mandate form here. You will need to ensure this is fully completed with your reference number. If you require assistance in completing this then please call us on 0333 043 4422.
Pay in Cash
If you wish to pay your debt in cash then call our Collections Department on 0333 043 4422 who will assist you by making the necessary arrangments to accomodate this.
